Nancy’s professional career includes 15 years in the insurance industry, private financing, and presently the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Broker and Owner at Home Choice Capital in Clifton Park, NY. Nancy is experienced in both the hard money lending field and traditional mortgages. From good credit to bad credit, and anything in between, she enjoys making deals happen and overcoming challenges. Homebuyers who work with Nancy can expect a thorough and low-stress experience as she explains the different mortgage options and what each means for the homebuyer. Nancy also enjoys networking with realtors, property investors, other mortgage professionals, and other business professionals. Outside of the office, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Stacy Parent | Processing Manager
Stacy has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years now. She has worked in the credit union industry and the broker world giving her a very well rounded background in processing. Stacy trains the new staff and works diligently side by side with everyone in the company sharing her vast knowledge and experiences. Her goal is to make the process not only simple for our borrowers but for our processing team. She is always coming up with ideas on how we can make the process better. She is a dedicated processor and manager that stresses the importance of teamwork in this industry, not only with our internal staff but also with our borrowers, the realtors and other attorneys. Stacy is also a mom of 2 amazing boys that hold her heart. When she is not working on mortgages she is spending time with her boyfriend, her kids and their dog, Kobe.
Caitlin Van Buskirk | Processing and Submissions Specialist
Caitlin has spent nearly a decade working in banking and real estate lending. She looks forward to using her experience to help make your mortgage process as seamless as possible and is so excited to be part of the amazing team at Home Choice Capital. On the weekends, you can usually find Caitlin putting work in on her own home, which she shares with her husband and two boys.
